Order Processing

After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and may vary by destination, carrier conditions, customs processing and peak periods. Please allow additional time during holidays or major promotions.

Tracking Your Order

Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to follow your package. Tracking may take a short time to update after dispatch.

Address Changes

If you notice an incorrect shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at service@regularmess.com. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered fulfillment.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to taxes, duties or import fees unless these charges are collected at checkout. Any amount shown at checkout will be explained before payment.

Delayed or Missing Packages

If tracking has not updated for an extended period or your package appears to be missing, contact service@regularmess.com with your order number and we will help investigate.
